AN ADVANCED LEARNING OPPORTUNITY – EVERYTHING ENDO: A LIVE CLINICAL EXPERIENCE

Course Description:

Day 1:

Full day lecture covering all aspects of endodontic treatment including: diagnosis, anesthesia, radiology, CBCT, access, canal location, irrigation, instrumentation, obturation, retreatment techniques, post removal, separated instrument removal, perforation repair, surgical techniques, pharmacology and more.

Day 2: 

We will begin with a live interactive patient treatment demonstration in a private endodontic practice setting. This experience will involve a fully interactive case presentation and treatment procedure. The second half of the clinical day will allow participants to perform root canal treatment on extracted teeth using advanced clinical simulators and dental operating microscopes. You will use the latest endodontic equipment and instruments in a private practice operatory setting.

Course Objectives:

  • Techniques for safe and predictable access, canal location, canal measurement, instrumentation irrigation and obturation.
  • Use of the latest rotary instruments and equipment for safe and efficient treatment.
  • Participate in an interactive experience with a live patient treatment demonstration.
  • Perform root canal treatment on extracted teeth in a state-of-the-art endodontic office using the dental operating microscope and armamentarium.
